These terms describe The Leaf Busters text messaging program, operated by Lanes on Main LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number to us, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Leaf Busters sends service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who contact us for a quote or service. This includes price quotes, appointment confirmations, day-before reminders, on-the-way notices, follow-ups about a quote you requested, and replies to your questions.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number directly — through the chat assistant on theleafbusters.com, by calling or texting us at (844) 352-9136, or in person when you request a quote. Providing your number and agreeing to these terms is how you consent to receive texts from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your quote and appointments. You will generally receive messages only when there is something relevant to your service request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages.

How to opt out or get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (844) 352-9136.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging provider).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
